Meetings are subject to signing the contractual agreeement within 2 days of confirming the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by client:
In the unfortunate circumstances that the client has to cancel or postpone the confirmed booking at any time prior to the date of arrival, the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to re-sell the facilities on clients behalf. The Hotel reserves right to charge the Client the following cancellation charge where the Services specified in the Contractual agreement have not been re-sold: - 90% of the accommodation cancelled from that detailed in the Contractual agreement - 65% of the cost of any food & drink specified in the the Contractual agreement
